This beer is a blend of a part ‘old’ beer that laid on wooden barrels (red wine history) for one year and a part ‘young’ beer of top fermentation. The aroma is very complex. Among others you will notice green apple, red fruit, brettanomyces and oak. The taste is nice sour and refreshing.
