This beer is the perfect combination of old and new. Spelt, one of the original wheat species, is an archaic malt that we unearthed and combined with a hop varietal that's so spanking new it doesn't even have a name yet. BRU-1 hops have plenty of tropical fruit flavors, and spelt adds a nice roundness to the body, so this bitch is juicy as all hell with enough haze to satisfy all your trendy buzzword needs. Enjoy this old world/ new world mashup quickly, because like everything we make it won't be around long, and besides, this coincided well with Spring finally deciding to show up.
