To celebrate the launch of Cigar City Brewing to the Michigan & Chicago markets John Stewart of Perrin Brewing invited Wayne Wambles of Cigar City up to brew a collaboration IPA. Using Denali, Enigma, Galaxy and Citra Cryo-hops this North-South IPA beer takes all the aroma and hop flavor of an NE-IPA with less haze to create a more stable full hop flavored beer with delicious tropical and juicy hop aromatics.
