Balaton cherries sourced from King Orchard in Michigan were aged on a blend of 70% 1 year old Basis and 30% 4 month old Basis for an additional 2 months to create a beautiful red color with pink hues. Rich with cherry, citrus, punch, and funky flavor and aromas, this tart and dry beer will excite the palate.
