Once a year we brew our special Quadrupel ale and age it in freshly drained bourbon barrels. The beer disappears into the shadows for a full year of cellaring. This year’s brew becomes the next year’s release. Something magical happens to this beer during its long contact with the wood. The alcohol content of the beer pulls the bourbon, vanilla, & charred oak notes out of the barrels and melds it with the caramel richness of the quad. Enjoy with friends!
